Delivery Method

Select a delivery date 1–2 days before your event. This ensures that even if there are unexpected delivery delays, your rental will arrive with plenty of time to spare. We arrange for your dress to arrive on or before your start date, and all orders are shipped using An Post Express.

Your item will be shipped to arrive on or before the date you choose. We currently offer 4-day rental periods and open bookings 5 months in advance.

No need to worry about washing! We take care of all dry cleaning, so just return your rental as is.

Postage is €15, which includes your return label. Your return label will be included in the box your rental arrives in.

Damage Protection

Add optional insurance to your rental for an additional €12. This provides damage protection of up to €100 and covers issues such as broken zips, stains, and missing beads or buttons. Please note that this insurance does not cover theft or major damage.

Try-On at Home – €15 Redeemable

Enjoy our Try-On at Home option for just €15, which is fully redeemable when you book the dress.

Please contact us to use this service and to receive your discount code. Enter the code at checkout to redeem the try-on fee.

Important Conditions:

  • Please try on the dress with no fake tan to avoid marks or staining.
  • If the dress is returned stained, a 4-day rental fee will be charged.
  • If the dress is damaged, you will be required to pay the full RRP (recommended retail price).
